mindygirl is a lump of clay forever being moulded by many hearts, hands faces and places. she is interested in the constantly unfolding relationship between human beings and nature. my artwork is a mix between nature photography on canvas, acrylic paint, spray cans/stencilling and mixed media. they say one girls trash is another girls treasure, mindy finds "special interesting things" on the ground and sticks them on canvas - rusty/scratched up metal, bottle caps, computer parts you name it!

Keen interests in architecture, urban ecology and the natural world are the main motivators for Rahner as an artist. Lately, thoughts on how humans and other organisms adapt to and modify environments are happening. Rahner composes paintings as if they were songs. Harmony and progression are key.
